WORK IN OUR BLOG: EVERYTHING!

Well, what should I write? I am the one half of KROLOP-GERST and this blog was my sick idea :-) and now I am in the middle of it and it is soooo much work because…oh… for you. For almost three years now I am photographing without any vocational education and I am not hesitating to tell you that, so you can see what’s possible.
If you have any kinds of questions or maybe pieces of advice, don’t hesitate to contact me or ask me in person at my next workshop. See you.

LINK-LIST,RIGHT HAND OF MARTIN…

Everybody wants to know how Martin and myself became a team!? Well, here is the answer. About two years ago we first met at a photo event and immediately got talking with each other, the photographic goals and focus matched perfectly and we did some projects together.

During those projects we recognized that we would go well together, so we did more and more and then… well… KROLOP-GERST was born.

And because Martin would kill me, if I didn’t write anything at all for this blog, I will provide to you the Link lists and maybe a few more posts.

PEOPLE & LANDSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY
WORK IN OUR BLOG: NIKON CLS SYSTEM

Hi, my name is Andreas Jorns and I am a portrait and beauty photographer from Duesseldorf. My photography became serious about 10 years ago. Quite a time before Martin, but that’s probably because of the fact, that I am a few days :-) older than him (my year was 1966). With the change to the digital photography, four years ago, I concentrated on people photography. And I swaped my darkroom for my own studio. But I still love fine art prints (something you can rather feel than only see) and b&w photographs.  If I want to relax I go out and do some landscape photography that matches greatly with my love for travelling.

There is one other thing I wanted to tell you: I am a Nikon photographer for years now, and I will stay there! That was only for your information…never forget: the quality of pictures does not depend on the camera brand you have in your bag…
